Guaranty Policy:
Credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
Check In: 3:00 p.m.
Check Out: 1:00 p.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Must cancel 7 days prior in order to avoid charges.
No Show Policy:
In case of No Show occurs a one night charge will be applied.
Extra person Policy:
2 extra people maximum per Superior room of 2 double beds, paying $150 pesos per person or 1 extra person per Standard Room, paying $150.00 pesos per night.
Kids Policy:
2 minors are accepted when 10 years old and under; Minors of 10 years old wand up will be charged as adults and will pay extra fee as well.
Pets Policy:
No pets allowed.
Oversold Policy:
In case the Hotel is oversold and cannot offer you the contracted service, to the client with a reservation from UNIVISIT, the Hotel by its own count will find adequate alternatives to supply the service contracted, that will meet or give better service than the original benefits contracted.
The hotel will pay a one night stay plus taxes at a similar Hotel.
The guest will be transported by the hotel to the new hotel.
The guest will be permitted at least one phone call to his house or office.
