Our hotel features the delicious seasoning of the Hosteria del Marques Restaurant, where you can delight your palate with an exquisite range of domestic and International dishes. Try our authentic and traditional Yucatan dishes such as: Stuffed Turkey, Cochinita Pibil (pork), Longaniza Valladolid, Stuffed Cheese Valladolid Style and Valladolid Loin, cooked traditionally as well as strictly attached to the ancient recipes, or might as well try our fusion dishes cooked on your table such as: A la Marques Shrimp, A la Diabla shrimp, Caribbean Breast etc.

The restaurant is located right next to front desk area and features capacity for 200 guests. Our restaurant also offers bar service, giving you the opportunity to enjoy delicious and refreshing drinks, cocktails and all the domestic and international liquors of your choice.
